Everyone knows that the Sinhalese UNICODE page is totally messed by Nandasara and his sidekicks. Look at what Prof. Sisira Ranasinghe proposed to Prof. V.K.Samaranayake in the 1980ies, when the SLIIC encoding was registered. Now he has to fix this mess created by Microsoft getting entrapped in putting this goofy version of Nandasara Unicode int the Windows OS.
